Base pay range
$17.00/hr - $20.00/hr

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Facilities Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency and cleanliness of our office space. Reporting to the Manager, Facilities & Security, the incumbent will be responsible for addressing daily facilities requests promptly and efficiently. In addition to cleaning and safekeeping duties, the Facilities Specialist will oversee mail distribution, organize meeting room set-ups, and perform necessary maintenance tasks throughout the premises.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct daily office tours to assess building systems and overall conditions.
Schedule regular facility inspections to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, including repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
Manage equipment and supply needs to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations.
Assist in setting up desks for new associates and executing desk moves for current associates as approved by the Facilities Manager.
Collaborate with brand leaders to manage inventory, facilitate purges, and oversee warehouse transfers.
Provide support for conference rooms, photo shoots, and special events by setting up and breaking down equipment and arrangements.
Handle sorting, shipping, and receiving of incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including international shipments.
Coordinate package deliveries to office associates in a timely manner.
Liaise with courier services such as Federal Express, UPS, and USPS to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and maintain detailed logs.
Conduct printer restocking and coordinate necessary service calls as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in facilities.
Ability to multitask in a high pace environment.
Professional and detail-oriented team player
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge in Microsoft, Excel, Notifii, and Jira
