As the Global Leader in Power Sports, Polaris has a motto for each employee to UNDERSTAND the riding experience; LIVE the riding experience & WORK to make it better. With this in mind, the Huntsville leadership team had an amazing time during our annual Leadership Team ride.Strong Communication, Collaboration and Teamwork are just a few qualities of a high performing team. This annual activity is designed to strengthen those areas while allowing time for leaders to enjoy one of the amazing vehicles that we manufacture at the Huntsville/Madison complex. The currency($) deposit of “DEVELOPMENT & RECOGNITION” was made into each leader. At the manufacturing facility level, leaders have the currency($) of “PERFORMANCE” expected and withdrawn daily. It is especially important that the currency($) of “DEVELOPMENT & RECOGNITION” be redeposited back into each individual at a consistent frequency. This exchange of deposits and withdrawals ensures that there is a positive Professional, Personal, Intellectual and Emotion account balance at all times. We are extremely proud of this team and their strong start to 2024. During our strategy session, the team reviewed what was needed to deliver this continued robust performance through the remainder of the year. Had an amazing time during our plant leadership strategic vision ride. Enjoyed a scenic slingshot ride expericing our amazing product. Followed the ride with a team Luncheon on Guntervilles Lake, then concluded with a performance focused strategy planning session. The team is poised to deliver extraordinary results 2H 2023.
