Yep, Same with me but my legs aren't that long I'm 5.11. I was really interested in getting one, But when I sat in it months ago i didn't even take it out for a test ride for that reason.

A buddy has had his for 2 months. Well, he's had it 5 days. They rest of the time it's been in for repairs/problems. 30 more days and the dealer has to refund his money under our "lemon law".

Unfortunately anyone buying one, knowing the many problems & legal issues Polaris is having, is asking for more downtime than riding time.
IF Polaris can figure out the issues maybe it will get better, but I'm not holding my breath on the slingshot going forward...

I've sat in one at a car show I went to. They look like they'd be fun to ride. That's a pretty powerful engine for a vehicle that light. Must be pretty fast. They require a motorcycle license in Massachusetts, I can't see how anyone could classify that as a motorcycle. I think if you're looking for a ride like that just get a small 2 seat convertible. (My next toy maybe!)

    Phu Cat

[SIZE=3]It only has a 2.4 Lt DOHC engine. If you were to ask their salesmen, I wonder how many could tell you the purpose of a DOHC over a SOHC?

The Slingshot isn't for me, But.... I hope they sell a ton of them the more people out there in Trike type machines the better it is for all of us. ie; When they're driving in their car they'll be more aware of bikes... Think about it most people once they get a bike/trike, they tend to notice bikes/trikes even when they're driving in their car.. Before that bikes/trikes were invisible to them..
